Aiming to continuously improve services and products, HABAKUKE SERVIÇOS LTDA has developed an Integrated Management System to guarantee total customer satisfaction and the commitment of all employees to the company's objectives, consequently obtaining greater competitiveness and prominence in the market. A Manual was prepared and approved by the Board with the objective of consolidating the company's Integrated Management System, presenting the Integrated Policy and describing the way in which the company seeks to achieve the commitments expressed therein.
The Integrated Management System covers Quality, Safety, Environment, Health and Social Responsibility. To ensure the continuous improvement of the System in relation to the Integrated Policy, objectives, goals, indicators and management programs were established, which are action plans developed by those responsible for the goals, which include the actions to be taken, the responsibilities involved and the stipulated deadlines. , in order to achieve the established objectives. THE HABAKUKE demonstrates its commitment to the development and improvement of its Integrated Management System through:
Communicating to all employees the importance of satisfying customer and regulatory and legal requirements;
Establishment of an SGI Policy and Objectives aligned with the company's philosophy; Conducting critical analyzes by Senior Management; Guarantee of availability of necessary resources;
Support to Programs related to QSMSRS Management;
Analysis of the results of the indicators and determination of actions to maintain and improve the level of customer satisfaction.
